What counts as an upload?
+Each file that reaches Clio counts as one upload. If you upload a ZIP file containing 5 documents, that counts as 5 uploads (one per extracted file). Drag-and-drop files, right-click uploads, and batch scanned files all count the same way.
When does my monthly limit reset?
+Your upload count resets on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC. Any unused uploads do not roll over to the next month.
Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
+Yes. Your Pro plan is tied to your Clio account, not to a single device. Sign in to Send to Case with the same Clio account on as many computers as you like - all of them get unlimited uploads at no extra cost. There are no per-device charges. Pro covers one person, so to put colleagues on Pro you buy a seat for each of them from your account page and they all share one bill.
Can I buy Send to Case for my whole firm?
+Yes. Pro is sold per seat at the same flat price - $19 per seat per month, or $190 per seat per year. Once you are on Pro yourself, buy the number of seats your firm needs from your account page and invite each colleague by email, and every seat is billed on one subscription. Their seat turns on when they connect their own Clio account. Adding a seat is prorated, removing one credits your next invoice, and a seat can be reassigned when someone leaves.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
+Both plans give you the same unlimited Pro features. Annual billing is $190/year (effectively $15.83/month), which works out to two months free compared to the $19/month plan. You can switch between billing periods from your account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
+Yes. Pro is available month-to-month or annually with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from the extension settings and you won't be charged again. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
+The Free plan itself is your trial. Use all core features with 10 uploads per month for as long as you like. When you're ready for unlimited uploads, upgrade to Pro. No credit card required to start.
What happens when I hit 10 uploads?
+You'll see a friendly message letting you know you've reached your monthly limit. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited uploads instantly, or wait until your limit resets on the 1st of next month. If you select more files or links than the uploads you have left, the batch is stopped before it starts, with a message giving both numbers (for example, 11 files but 10 uploads left), so pick fewer or upgrade.
Do files inside a ZIP count individually?
+Yes. When you upload a ZIP file, it's automatically extracted and each file inside is uploaded individually to Clio. Each extracted file counts as one upload toward your monthly limit.
